About Us
City Service Lets is a UK-based serviced accommodation provider, owning and operating serviced apartments within Greater London. We are committed to implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices as part of our ongoing journey toward sustainable development, climate resilience, and future-proof hospitality.
 
We work with suppliers who share our values and support our sustainability goals. We expect all suppliers to adhere to relevant legislation and to act responsibly, ethically, and safely at all times. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect from third-party suppliers and their subcontractors.
 
ESG Governance
Our sustainability committee, led by our founders, oversees policies and controls related to environmental, health, safety, and social risks. The committee meets regularly to set goals, approve budgets, track progress, and ensure continuous improvement in ESG performance.
 
ESG Commitment
We aim to build sustainable, equitable, healthy, and diverse communities through innovative hospitality solutions and responsible ESG practices. This commitment guides our approach to designing and operating our properties, as well as our collaborations with guests, suppliers, and the wider community.
 
1. Environment
Overview
We believe it is our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our business. We strive to reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions, water use, and waste, not only in daily operations but also across our supply chain and partnerships.

We are committed to reducing our energy and carbon footprint by implementing sustainable practices and working with suppliers who prioritise renewable energy and environmentally responsible materials. We expect our suppliers to comply with environmental legislation and encourage them to adopt policies on effective environmental management, voluntary reporting, and certifications.

We encourage guests to adopt sustainable practices through information provided at our properties, online portals, guest surveys, and events such as recycling days.

We actively engage with industry partners and suppliers to drive positive change in the hospitality sector. We look for innovative solutions—such as cycle deliveries, energy-saving equipment, and microplastics reduction technologies—that support our commitment to sustainability.

  • Have robust procedures to prevent slavery or child labour
